Data security, cookies and account access

Your account information is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use cookies to remember your login state, track withdrawals through our payment processors (DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS), and detect unusual…

Encryption and security

All deposits, withdrawals and account changes use 256-bit TLS encryption. Your password is hashed and never stored in plain text. Two-factor authentication is available on the Security page in Settings.

Data retention

We keep your account information as long as your account is active. After closure, we retain transaction records for seven years where local law requires. Personal data beyond that period is deleted or anonymised.

Your data rights

You can request a copy of all your personal data, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or request deletion where local law permits. Submit these requests via the Account Message Centre or contact support.

Cookie transparency

We use essential cookies (login, payments, security), analytics cookies (to measure site performance), and marketing cookies (to show relevant content). You control these in your browser settings or our cookie panel.

Third-party disclosure

We share your information only with payment processors (DANA, OVO, GoPay, QRIS), hosting providers, and where local law requires (such as anti-money-laundering checks). We never sell your data.

These are the questions we hear most often about account agreements, your rights, and how we handle your information. If you don't see your question, reach out to support through any of the channels above.

Log into your account, go to Settings > Account, and select Close Account. Confirm your identity, and we'll process the closure within five business days. Any remaining balance is returned to the original payment method (DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS). You can request a new account after 30 days.

Yes. Send a data request to [email protected] or use the Account Message Centre in your Settings, and include your username. We'll provide your full data export (account details, transaction history, login logs, device information) within seven days, in a standard format.

We keep transaction records for seven years after account closure where local law requires, to satisfy anti-money-laundering and tax obligations. After that period, we delete or anonymise your records. Account login history and device logs are deleted after 12 months.

If a deposit via DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS doesn't appear in your account within 30 minutes, or a withdrawal doesn't reach your bank within 24 hours, contact support immediately. We investigate and either return your funds or correct the balance within five business days.

We may send you updates about new games, payment methods or account features via email or SMS, depending on local law permits. You can disable marketing emails in Settings > Notifications or reply STOP to any SMS. We never sell your data to third parties.

Yes. All payment data is encrypted using 256-bit TLS. We don't store full payment details on our servers — payment processors handle that securely. Your account only holds the payment method nickname and last four digits for your reference.

Contact support immediately via live chat or the Account Message Centre. We'll verify your identity, review the activity, and if unauthorised access is confirmed, we'll cancel affected transactions and reset your password. Enable two-factor authentication in Settings > Security to prevent future access.
